Tasks

• Coordinate and manage facilities projects, liaising with internal teams and external contractors for all construction, maintenance, and technical support across departments.
• Drive company growth and operational efficiency by aligning cross-functional teams with business goals, managing and developing partnerships, and facilitating transitions from pilot to full-scale production including the design.
• Ensure safety and compliance in projects, from facilitating governmental approvals to establishing post-construction maintenance plans and vendor standards.
• Translate customer requirements into operational setups and oversee daily activities, while also developing project scopes, budgets, and RFPs in collaboration with Finance. Manage contracts, schedules, and project status tracking.

Requirements

• You have an academic degree in Engineering or related fields
• You have 3+ years of work experience in a similar role, with a clear track record in process development & innovation and project management
• You love bringing structure and efficiency to a dynamic and ambiguous startup environment
• You have a hands-on personality, team-play-spirit and efficient self-time management
• Open to travel (up to 50% depending on the period)
• You are passionate about sustainability and eager of being part of a fast-growing startup
• Understanding engineering in food production environments,
• Fluent in English, German and/or Portuguese is a plus
