Summary:
A medical technology company with multiple offices in Berlin is looking
for a User Services Technician to join their team. This company is
focused on employee growth and invests significantly in training,
including Microsoft qualifications.
You will address
general IT issues for over 150 users across three offices, providing 50%
desk-side and 50% remote support (phone and computer). Fluency in
German (native or professional level) and strong English is a must.
