We are looking for the next awesome person to join our European technical support team to deliver a great customer experience for our German speaking customers.

As a technical supporter in Trackunit, you are instrumental in delivering a great customer experience, guiding and supporting our customers to make sure they get the most out of our products and services. You are going to work in an environment that is rich in diversity and inclusion as our team consists of people from different countries and cultures. You will be right at the heart of matters, as you will deal with our customers in Germany daily handling customer requests over the phone and e-mail. We aim to meet our customers at eye level and aim to provide support with professionalism and compassion. We work closely together to find the best solution for our customers.

With locations in the hearts of Goslar, Kolding and Aalborg, we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Denmark and in Germany.

Tasks

Primary Responsibilities

  • Servicing our customers via phone or email to help them manage their fleets, troubleshoot hardware or our platform/app.
  • Guide customers on how to use the product, including installation and maintenance of the product, and platform functionalities.
  • Participate in team improvement projects and assist with training colleagues and customers.

Requirements

Who are you?

  • Ability to assess customers support needs when they arrive, then provide solutions or refer them to other team members.
  • You are a quick-witted communicator with the ability to see things from different perspectives.
  • You can prioritize, prioritize various tasks, and cooperate with your team members– because it’s a lot more fun to get things done together!
  • You are a collaborative person and you consider yourself a quick learner, who always open to new ideas.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and you are a patient listener, who can pinpoint potential issues our customers are struggling with.
  • A creative thinker, who attempts to think creatively.
  • You have a solid background and relevant experience from a similar industry or position.
  • English: written and spoken near native
  • German: written and spoken near native
  • Any other language skill is a huge plus.
  • You are located in Denmark or Germany.
