Founding engineer

Are you an entrepreneurial full-stack tech wizard looking to join a fast-growing early-stage startup in the generative AI space? You have strong technical expertise in AL/ML and would like to shape the future of marketing and minimalistic productivity tools together with us?

After conducting extensive user research, we have over 1.100 people on the waiting list, first traction, and validation. To step up our game we are searching for a hands-on founding engineer to join us.

Tasks

• Talk to our users and engineer solutions to radically improve their professional lives, making them more creative and enjoyable
• Work on our MVP with the founding team
• Ideate, build, iterate, and ship stuff that our early customers will rave about
• Co-design our product and write code, especially in the beginning
• Assemble and potentially lead a small (3–5 engineers) and highly productive tech team
• Be scrappy and creative experimenting with new tech and concepts
• Design and conceptualize a scalable, flexible tech stack that you feel comfortable navigating through the fire and flames of startup life

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial tech wizard (full stack) seeking to build cutting-edge productivity software
• Highly analytical with attention to detail
• Good communicator and team player
• A creative thinker and pragmatic maker
• Degree in MSc in Machine Learning, Computer Science, in a similar field OR (if college is not your thing) a proven track record of successfully architecting, building, and launching software products
• Experienced with cloud infrastructure, backend architecture and ML/AI-driven processes
• Ideally, you have Berlin as a base or you are willing to commute to Berlin or occasionally to another European location at least 1x month
• Highly skilled in developing SaaS product experiences (B2B & B2B2C experience is a plus)
