<h3 dir="ltr"><strong>Job Description:</strong></h3><p dir="ltr">As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be reporting to the Senior Director of Sales. Your main role will be to work transversally with all Revenue teams to help ensure that they have the right training and resources necessary for their success. </p><p dir="ltr">You will play a key role at the heart of the Revenue team’s strategy, by increasing their productivity and performance with a measured impact on business. <br><strong></strong></p><h3 dir="ltr"><strong><strong>Your Missions:</strong></strong></h3><ul><li>Facilitate and enhance the onboarding experience for new hires by managing and refining the onboarding program. Extend a warm welcome to new team members and provide them with comprehensive training. </li><li>Develop engaging content on platforms like Notion and 360Learning to support the Continuous Learning Revenue Academy, ensuring a continuous learning environment for the team.</li><li>Take charge of documenting both new and existing revenue processes to guarantee that the Revenue team has easy access to accurate information and resources, facilitating the streamlined execution of their tasks.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Product teams to generate impactful content for training sessions during product launches for the Revenue teams.</li><li>Contribute to the success of our 50-person Revenue team at Yousign by implementing effective methodologies, coaching, training programs, and creating relevant content.</li><li>Organize and handle a set of revenue materials to help with our Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts.</li></ul><ul></ul><p dir="ltr"><br></p><h3 dir="ltr"><strong>Your Profile: </strong></h3><h3 dir="ltr"> </h3><p dir="ltr">As a key position where you will be working in a fast-paced and exciting environment that allows rapid growth in a wide range of topics, you are required to: </p><ul><li>Have a a first experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Ops, preferably in fast-paced tech environment such as a start-up or a scale-up</li><li>Possess impressive content creation skills: making presentations, Notion Notes and internal communications is your strength!</li><li>Be a great verbal and written communicator: you know how to adapt your communication style based on the context and are at ease speaking in front of large groups</li><li>Be highly organized, enjoy multitasking and working in a fast-paced, stimulating environment</li><li>Attack new challenges with enthusiasm and motivation</li><li>Possess a strong fluency in French and English</li><li>Be willing to work from Paris, France (hybrid work-from-home model)</li><li>Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Notion and a Revenue Intelligence tool such as Modjo or ChorusAI is a huge plus!</li></ul><ul></ul> •
