Software Technical Lead

·       Project management for App development in Android and Windows (developing schedules, coordinating actions, communicating deliverables, Agile development, etc.) 

o   The primary focus will be to drive CIP activities (WCO Android, WCO Windows, WCO Troubleshooting Guide)

·       Example: Understand & Define requirements for app dev/CIP activities, coordinate with development team to complete said activities, user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, identify gaps, drive product to completion.

·       Understand and use Lam standards and processes for SW development and able to conduct and coordinate design and program reviews

·       Understand, edit, test, and troubleshoot new and pre-existing Excel VBA scripts 

·       Define and communicate detailed software and feature requirements for Android and Windows tablet applications based on customer or management requests  

·       Estimate requirements for project scope for application features (Android, UWP)

·       Support third party developers in software development by providing guidance and technical support (e.g. using APIs to integrate external devices) 

·       Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation of new software builds

·       Work with product team to design feature mockups using UI/UX best practices. 

·       Flexible to step into other areas of team need besides SW
