We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Zscaler product team and have an impact on our roadmap. You will oversee one or more product areas and lead the design of solutions on Zscaler Digital Experience. You have a blend of business and technical skills, have a big-picture vision and the desire to make that vision a reality. You will consist of both inbound Product Management responsibilities – working with our teams to build products – and outbound responsibilities, working with customers, implementing go-to-market strategy and supporting sales.

You will report to the Senior Director, Product Management.

Responsibilities

  • You will build product enhancements on Zscaler Digital Experience with a focus on administrator UX.
  • Engage customers to review use cases and discuss technical requirements related to user experience monitoring.
  • Create PRD/MRDs to define the requirements for the engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX and Engineering teams to implement requirements highlighted in the PRD on ZDX.
  • Collaborate with other PMs and internal functions, cross product requirements and product homogeneity.
  • Monitor customer behavior regarding launched features and you will measure this against OKRs (Measurements)

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology with 5 years experience in product management.
  • Technical foundation in networking, Proxy technology, operating systems, UX experience, Web technology either development or systems engineering level.
  • Experience monitoring technologies, Application Monitoring, network monitoring or endpoint monitoring.: Familiarity with tools and techniques for monitoring several applications, such as web, mobile, and cloud applications and endpoint devices including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences at a business and technical level with our teams, customers, partners and executives.
  • Solid experience engaging technical teams to discuss use cases, review feature/function requirements and define solutions.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience delivering products as cloud-based services.
  • Experience developing agents for Windows and macOS.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for ITSM.
  • Understanding of Performance Metrics: analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital experience, such as page load times, latency, and error codes.
  • Infrastructure and network knowledge: Understanding of cloud architectures and basic networking deployments.,

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$161,000$230,000 USD
