INNOVATE | You’re willing to learn, and you stay on the frontier of marketing strategy & technology. In an ever-changing digital marketing landscape, you constantly adapt and evolve. As our Sr. PseB, you combine data analysis and feedback from clients to develop strategic plans. You make tactical recommendations for targeting, messaging and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs. Sr. PseBs confidently tweak and optimize campaign types, keywords, copy, audiences, and buying tactics to create the best possible outcomes for their clients. You test constantly in order to determine the best performing mixture of campaigns. You never stop investigating account performance and constantly adapt strategy based on statistical outcomes in your accounts. When it’s time to pivot you are among the first early adopters. You share early insights, and encourage the team by helping to lead the way.
CREATE | You’re an outside the box thinker. Creative problems take creative solutions. You seek to find the hidden solution in the rough. Using data from previous campaigns to guide your decision-making, you write compelling direct-response advertising copy, building out campaigns in Google Ads, and ensuring all strategic initiatives are built and launched according to strict timelines and agreed-upon budgets across multiple ad accounts.
Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and data-driven decision making are all essential characteristics in becoming a best-in-class media buyer at CTC. You are a problem solver and know how to take lead in situations that present any obstacle when it comes to execution.
OWN | You’re accountable, responsible and determined. KPIs are your bread and butter and Google Sheets is your jam. You look to your goals as a foam wall to tear down, and you take great pride in giving it your all. We value the mantra of “Count on Me” meaning that you can see things through to the end! As a Sr. PseB, you work closely with members of your growth team and other members of CTC to project a monthly account budget plan for each account in relation to account goals agreed upon by you and your team leader. You are a champion of communication, giving and receiving feedback in a timely manner, while making sure everybody on your team has clarity on campaign performance and testing results.
With your experience and learnings we look to you to ensure that you’re constantly backing your ideas and opinions with data and bringing that forward for the rest of our team to learn from. As a Sr. PseB you are set to a high standard and as a model buyer that continues to soak in new information as well as sharing it to help elevate non-Sr buyers on our team as a whole. People know that if you are involved, it will get done.

For those who resonate with the following values, CTC has proven itself to be a remarkable place to grow and thrive.
We’ll come alongside you and care for you in your pursuits by offering full-time permanent CTC employees:
