About the Role

The senior creative project manager will oversee creative development and go-to-market execution for brand and marketing projects and campaigns spanning brand, product, social, growth and other creative functions. This will include end-to-end execution, from briefing to concept to launch. This role will work cross-functionally across GlossGenius’ Brand & Marketing org and other internal teams, as well as with agency partners. As our first creative project manager, this role will help establish and maintain best practices for the team. 

You’ll report to the Creative Design Manager. You can be based remotely in the greater San Francisco, Seattle, or Miami area, OR hybrid (Tuesdays & Thursdays in-office) from our NYC headquarters.

What You’ll Do

• Drives successful completion of creative deliverables from start to finish by developing comprehensive schedules, setting interim milestones, and proactively monitoring progress to achieve deadlines
• Leads communication with the creative team to set expectations, gather information, and keep the right stakeholders informed
• Help set and implement best practices in creative team management
• Sets and leads check-in meetings to ensure project success whether it be daily stand-ups or weekly check-ins you set the cadence required to empower everyone to work together and share information in a timely manner
• Works closely with cross-functional partners (leadership, marketing, product, etc) to ensure that time is allocated for reviews, feedback, and ultimate approvals
• Supports both the creative team and stakeholders by maintaining clear communication between teams

What We’re Looking for

• 5+ years of relevant experience leading complex,  cross-functional creative projects
• Experience in a creative project manager role in-house or on the account management side of an advertising agency.
• Background working with traditional and digital media, with experience managing creative campaigns for social media (organic or paid)
• Excellent project management skills & strong attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple campaigns or priorities simultaneously
• Effective communication & stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
