Job Description

Location:- Mumbai
Experience:-Min 6+ Yrs of Exp.
Education:-Any Graduate
Shift:-General
  • Keep front desk area neat tidy and presentable with all necessary material
  • Greet and welcome visitors and guests
  • Attend queries / complaints about the office management of internals stake holders in an efficient manner
  • Attend all incoming calls and redirect them to the concern person or keep messages
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them in a proper manner
  • Before receiving any political party, legal courier , register post need to check with legal department.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as and when required
  • Keep updated records and files of office management
  • Monitor consumption of stationary, toiletry etc.
  • Make sure guest, visitors, employees are wearing mask, shoes cover, hand gloves.
  • Gently check with visitors about covid vaccine (Fully vaccinated or not)
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
  • Assisting & escorting guests as per the requirement.
  • In addition to the current and responsibilities which are prescribed in the above JD.
  • You will also be required to assist, undertake, perform task, without demur, as per instructions of your superior and organisation head which may be allied, similar or dissimilar to the duties prescribed under the JD, but which in the interest of your senior and organisation Head have to executed by you for fulfilment of departmental, functional and organisational goals.
  • All office computers, Client machine, printers, all tables & cabinet to be checked & get cleaned on a daily basis. All sitting areas also come to your preview of cleaning & maintaining right.
  • C. Such task require corporation, meeting, collaboration, coordination or association of functional or inter functional juniors or subordinates in the head office, plant or regions or with any other designated external agency too, which you will willing efficiently and effectively perform, without demur, for fulfilment of your responsibilities in the achievement of organisational goal.
Skills:-
    • Proven experience as front desk representative
    • Familiarity with office communication
    • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
    • Proficient in English (verbal and written)
    • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
    • Effective communication and inter-personal skill
    • Must have multi-tasking abilities
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Customer service orientation
    Target Industry/ Companies :-
    • Preferably Petrochemical/Lubricant/FMCG/Chemical/Pharm or Manufacturing Industry
    Time slot:- 9-10 Hrs
