- Recruitment Participation: Conduct interviews to assess qualifications, clinical expertise, and cultural fit for new clinician candidates.
Quality of Care & Compliance
- Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of care delivered by clinicians.
- Review Provider Performance: Oversee clinician Process Improvement Form (PIF) submissions to ensure concerns are documented, addressed, and resolved promptly.
- Chart Review and Compliance: Facilitate regular reviews of Provider charts for accuracy and adherence to clinical guidelines.

- Clinical Documentation Development: Create and maintain up-to-date Scopes of Care, Clinical Briefs, and other documents reflecting best clinical practices.
- EHR Optimization: Lead efforts to create EHR templates to improve documentation accuracy and enhance patient care.
Patient Care
- Maintain a Manageable Patient Panel: Provide high-quality, compassionate care to a patient panel of approximately 120 or fewer patients.
- Urgent Care Response: Respond to urgent calls regarding critical lab values and ensure timely follow-up actions for patient safety.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Engage with Product and Tech Teams: Collaborate with Clinical Ops to ensure clinical guidelines are defined so workflows and tools can be optimized for usability and efficiency.
- Support Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide clinical expertise for the rollout of new clinical offerings, ensuring accurate representation of services.
