In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers across the organization as we work to scale our non-technical teams ensuring that each hire is as exceptional and driven by our shared vision as the last. Alongside the other members of our small but mighty recruiting team, you'll manage the complete recruiting life cycle from sourcing through to offer, explore alternative ways to attract top-notch talent with a focus on diversifying our team, and do whatever it takes to provide an outstanding candidate experience.
In this role, you will:
- Drive the full-cycle business (and sometimes technical) recruitment process within the organization; including posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates
- Build close relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand Stellar Development Foundation’s hiring needs
- Be a great candidate advocate while maintaining a high degree of integrity and professionalism throughout the interview process
- Actively strive to increase diversity in hiring through networking, building relationships with diversity organizations in tech, and creatively sourcing
- Advise on interviewing best practices and find ways to consistently improve our hiring practices
- Maintain a high level of data integrity while managing our recruiting pipeline activity in our ATS (Greenhouse) and track, analyze, and report data related to the interview and hiring process to leadership on a recurring basis
- Contribute to and evangelize the overall hiring, interviewing, and recruiting strategy at SDF
Qualifications:
- You have 5+ years experience as a full cycle recruiter across a variety of roles, including working on hard-to-fill business positions
- You are passionately committed to equitable hiring practices, building diverse teams, and providing a best-in-class candidate experience
- You are highly organized and comfortable recruiting for up to ten roles at any given time
- You pride yourself on finding ways to improve offer acceptance rates, lower time to fill and time to hire metrics, and being well calibrated with your hiring managers
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and you strike the right balance of professionalism and friendliness when working with candidates
- You are an expert relationship builder and are comfortable working with people across all levels of the organization
- You are a skilled sourcer and know how to effectively use tools such as Gem, Linkedin Recruiter, etc. to identify and connect with passive talent
- You have a data driven mindset, internal motivation to produce great results, and you consistently find ways to improve
- You have a sense of humor, a positive attitude, and tolerance for ambiguity

We offer competitive pay with a base salary range for this position of $125,000 - $155,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, we offer annual lumen-denominated grants along with the following perks and benefits:
