We are looking for a mature Game Developer to join the Angry Birds Friends game team as a part of Rovio's Puzzle Studio. You will be a critical addition to the team and help us maintain a big live game while adding new exciting features. We will provide you a chance to have an impact working closely alongside our senior developers on different live features, and the work you and your team delivers will be highly visible to our players worldwide.
We are working in a hybrid mode (2 days in the studio for the whole team) and hope you would like to join us in our studio.
You will have impact and fun at work by doing:
- Implementing new game features
- Participating in architectural design
- Writing clean and maintainable C# code
- Optimising the game to run smoothly on mobile platforms
- Constantly refining the code quality by following good programming principles
- Improving the game using the newest Unity features
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Great programming skills with C# and Unity
- Experience building and launching mobile games on iOS and Android, F2P games are a nice bonus
- Hands on experience with SOLID principles
- Experience with debugging, profiling and performance optimisations
