Marketing Operations Manager
About the JobWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Marketing Operations Manager with 3 to 5 years of marketing experience to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving marketing success by owning the implementation, management, and optimization of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) automation campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical skill set combined with a strategic mindset with the ability to execute and refine sophisticated email and multi-channel campaigns that enhance customer engagement, increase conversations, and support our overall marketing goals.
Your Responsibilities- Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
- Build, test, deploy, and manage email marketing automation workflows, triggered campaigns, drip campaigns, and personalized journeys.
- Segment and manage audiences using data filters, SQL queries, and dynamic content within SFMC.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and marketing) to gather campaign requirements, develop automation workflows, and support targeted messaging.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and customer engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance and optimize the customer journey.
- Assist in the design and execution of A/B tests to refine campaign effectiveness.
You Bring to the Table- 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on marketing automation.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.).
- Experience with AMPscript, HTML, and SQL for email personalization and dynamic content creation.
- Solid understanding of audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and customer journeys.
- Analytical mindset with track record of using data to drive decision-making and improve campaign performance.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
Physical Demands / Working Conditions- Typical work environment for a professional office space.
- Largely a stationary role with some moving from place to place.
- Constant use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, monitor and other office equipment.
- Occasionally picks up, carries, and moves items up to 30 lbs.
- Some evening and weekend work depending upon workload.
- Some overnight travel may be required for work, events, and trainings.
