About the Sales Development Team

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Endor Labs, you will play a pivotal role in driving our future growth by collaborating with the Marketing and Sales  teams to qualify leads and build a robust pipeline of opportunities. You thrive on engaging with prospects, identifying high-value opportunities, and managing early sales funnel activities. You are motivated by the challenge of learning about new products and are excited to contribute to the development of our demand generation and sales process, the articulation of Endor Labs' value proposition, and the creation of key sales tools and assets. If you're proactive, intelligent, persistent, and a great team player, we want to hear from you!

How You’ll Drive Growth

Responsibilities

  • Partner with AEs to research and prospect for high-value prospects.
  • Follow up on Marketing-generated leads to qualify them as sales opportunities. Move qualified leads through the funnel by connecting them with the appropriate salesperson and arranging meetings.
  • Execute our outbound sales playbook.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling and respond to inquiries generated from Marketing.
  • Develop relationships with prospects by asking insightful questions to uncover their needs and qualify their interest, preparing them for a smooth hand-off to sales.
  • Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not immediately convert into a sales opportunity.
  • Work diligently through lead lists, meeting or exceeding SLAs, consistently focused activity, and supporting weekly reporting efforts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback and insights that improve targeting and messaging.

Required Skills

  • A proven track record of top performance or prior success in a similar role.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A strong motivation for pushing oneself and achieving top performance. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a remote-first environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Professional experience in sales or business development, preferably within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or similar platforms.

Compensation

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. For candidates who receive an offer for this position, the total compensation range is expected to be between $60,000-$120,000. This may include incentives/variable compensations such as commissions, stock options and/or bonuses, depending on the position. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
