Cost Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures for projects.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for projects.
• Monitor project expenses and track costs to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Analyze project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to forecast and track costs.
• Prepare and present cost reports to management and clients.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cost Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of cost estimation, cost control, and project management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in cost estimation software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
