Facility Manager

FAAC Technologies, world leader in access automation, parking and access control, including 50 sales companies, more than 3.700 employees worldwide and 18 manufacturing plants, is looking for an experienced and motivated Facility Manager for our FAAC SpA plants, with main focus for the HQ in Bologna.

The person will manage and optimize the infrastructure and services of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in property management (industrial assets), maintenance operations, and overseeing daily activities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance and building management activities.
• Manage suppliers and external service contracts, ensuring compliance with quality standards and budget constraints.
• Monitor and manage the facility management budget, optimizing operating expenses.
• Implement strategies for improving energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment.
• Handle emergencies and critical situations, coordinating the necessary resources.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facility Management, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in facility management as a Facility Manager.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility management.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
