The responsibility of the sales representative is to manage negotiations and commercial relationships with the client with an oriented focus on the satisfaction of their needs and requirements, applying strategies to cover sales indicators, and seek the benefit of the organization.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make quotes for mass production parts, service parts, and prototype. Negotiate the sale price until you get the customer's approval.
Manage the costumer’s business requirements.
Analyze costumer’s receivable and payable accounts for the correct control of credit sales and the purchase of customer consignments.
Analyze, negotiate and record sales price fluctuations for the costumer.
Manage the implementation of engineering changes with the departments involved.
Generate invoices and credit notes.
Recover the cost of tooling and packaging of new projects by increasing the volume of customer requirements.
Enforce the requirements described in the Quality Management System procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related.
Desirable administration, marketing, international business, industrial, or related.
Experience in sales strategies, quotation, negotiation, billing, and customer service preferred.
Experience as a corporate sales assistant (preferably automotive industry).
