Headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, and with additional offices in Norway, Germany, the US, and China, our team of over 70 dedicated employees upholds our customer promise - Wireless Without Worries.<br></p><p><strong>Your future</strong> </p><p>As the Global Sales Director for Professional Lighting at LumenRadio, you will play a key role in driving the growth and global expansion of our Professional Lighting segment, which includes Entertainment Lighting and Architectural Lighting. Building on our strong market position in Entertainment Lighting, you will further strengthen and expand our presence while spearheading our strategic focus on Architectural Lighting, positioning us for growth. </p><p>In this role, you will develop and implement global sales strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of both the Entertainment and Architectural Lighting markets. Together with the team, you will be responsible for growing our presence in the market and finding new business opportunities. As the leader of the team, you’ll create a supportive and motivating environment by guiding, mentoring, and helping your team members grow. </p><p>You will focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships with key clients and channel partners. Your deep understanding of customer needs will allow you to strategically expand our market presence, particularly in the Architectural Lighting space. In addition, you will work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure our sales efforts are aligned with broader business goals. You will also ensure that customer insights are incorporated into product development and marketing campaigns. </p><p>Your entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute operationally will be key in identifying emerging trends and seizing new opportunities, enabling you to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and drive success in a competitive and dynamic global industry. </p><p><strong>About you</strong> </p><ul><li>Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within Professional Lighting or a related B2B industry. </li></ul><ul><li>Track record of managing and developing high-performing global sales teams. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong expertise in Entertainment and/or Architectural Lighting markets, with an understanding of industry dynamics and customer needs. </li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term priorities and long-term goals. </li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in sales tools, CRM systems, and data analysis to inform decisions and optimize performance.</li></ul><p>This role offers flexibility in location and includes frequent travel.
