With the number of cable installations in buildings around the world, the future possibilities are endless.</p><p><strong>About the team</strong></p><p>The Nordic sales team within Building & Infrastructure Control Systems (B&ICS) currently consists of three Sales Managers based in Gothenburg. We have ambitious growth targets and are now expanding the team with a Distribution Sales Manager and a Sales Engineer.</p><p>The sales work is based on two different business models: end-user products and Design Wins, and is targeted at three main groups:</p><ul><li>End-users (installers, system integrators, and property owners).</li><li>Distributors.</li><li>OEMs (such as Swegon, SKF, and Honeywell).</li></ul><p><strong>Your future</strong></p><p>As Distribution Sales Manager Nordic, you will be responsible for several of our major distributors, who play a crucial role in our future sales growth. As the responsible salesperson, you will have frequent contact with our distributors, maintaining and further developing the relationship for a long-term,<strong> </strong>successful partnership. You will negotiate agreements<strong>,</strong> set and follow up on goals, plan and monitor marketing activities, educate distributors about our products, and ensure their input and feedback are listened to and managed internally.</p><p>Your responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Contract negotiation with large Nordic electronics distributors</li><li>Follow up partner sales results and ensure necessary actions are taken to grow our business</li><li>Set a plan with distributors on how to educate their staff and customers on our products</li><li>Forecasting</li><li>Collect product feedback from distributors</li><li>Run presentations towards distributors, their staff and their customers </li><li>Attending tradeshows to meet existing and new<em> </em>distributors</li><li>Ensuring that our partners have in-depth knowledge of our products (both in terms of sales and technical aspects)</li><li>Acting as the partner’s voice internally for new ideas and product development</li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>For the role to be a good match, we believe that you:</p><ul> <li>Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience</li> <li>Have experience in managing channel sales and sales strategies, or equivalent experience from roles such as Key Account Manager</li> <li>Have experience in negotiation with senior stakeholders</li><li>Are proactive, relationship-oriented, and structured, with a strong sense of ownership.</li><li>Confident in setting clear expectations for customers/partners,<em> assertive yet collaborative when needed.</em></li><li>Are fluent in Swedish and English</li></ul><p>It is advantageous if you also have:</p><ul> <li>Experience working with or at one of the large Nordic electronic distributors</li> <li>Experience from the building automation- and/or light control industries</li></ul><p><strong>Diversity and culture</strong></p><p>We are on a mission to replace all cables in the world, and we are looking for you who share our passion for cutting-edge technology!
