We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels including field, email marketing, ABM, search & paid retargeting
- Create and execute demand gen programs which build and accelerate the pipeline
- Work closely with sales, product, and other parts of the marketing organization to continually improve and optimize our tactics
- Analyze and share results, trends and insights
- Reporting along with marketing analysts track, measure, and provide progress reports. Use key data and reports to uncover trends to aid decision-making.
- Manage relationships with agencies and other 3rd parties as needed
- Partner closely with entire marketing team to ensure campaigns are as impactful as possible
- Ability to think strategically AND roll up your sleeves to get things done
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, product, operations, or a related field
- Experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and managing programs that scaled
- Experience in hyper-growth environments is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Effective at partnering with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience executing high-impact marketing programmes that build demand, increase awareness, and exponentially grow revenue
- Executional excellence. Able to consistently deliver on time and on budget
- Expertise in, or ability to quickly learn, tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.com
- High energy with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-pace environment
