Top responsibilities:

Develop and deliver products and features alongside the UX program lead, product and engineering counterparts
Collaborate closely with UX designers, researchers and UX writers
Work closely with engineering partners to deliver assets and design specs to engineers, fostering a close relationship to ensure quality implementation
Design UX mocks, prototypes and or wireframes for features to be implemented by ENG Collaborate with PM and ENG to explore options for features and products
Participate and contribute to forums and processes of the team

Mandatory skills/qualifications:

Education: Degree in HCI or Design equivalent Experience 6+ years of UI/UX design experience.
Experience contracting and being able to hit the ground running
Solid working knowledge of Figma
Experience working collaboratively with UX, product managers and engineers
Experience in developing products / features from concept to launch
UX portfolio demonstrating user-centered design approaches and solutions Excellent presentation and communication skills

Non-essential skills/qualifications: (Skills that would be nice to have but are not essential in the role)

Experience working on enterprise tools Prototyping experience
