Security Consultant

At BreederDAO, we prioritize the security and integrity of our systems and user data. We are seeking a skilled Security Consultant to join our team and help us ensure the highest level of security for our blockchain-based applications.

As a Security Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing measures to protect our systems from potential threats. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices, and provide guidance on security protocols and incident response procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive security assessments and penetration tests
• Identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks
• Implement and maintain security tools and systems
• Monitor and respond to security incidents
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure coding practices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and industry trends
• Provide guidance and training to employees on security best practices
• Perform security audits and create reports for management
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proven experience in AWS security management (Cloudtrail, IAM, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of security principles and best practices
• Experience conducting security assessments and penetration tests
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies
• Knowledge of blockchain security concepts is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
