<p>We are looking for a Product Manager focusing on Casino to join the Product team at Rootz. As a Product Manager, you will drive the development and improvement of our Product, by taking ownership of the Casino delivery roadmap. Through research and collaboration, you will take the lead in discovering effective Product solutions that work for our customers, users, and business.</p><p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain the Casino Product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.</li><li>Prioritize features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and overall business strategy.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Casino Team and key stakeholders to drive product success and growth.</li><li>Report to the Head of Product Development to effectively manage the backlog and align business priorities.</li><li>Coordinate with other Product Managers to ensure smooth execution of large-scale company initiatives.</li><li>Take full ownership of product deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within set timelines.</li><li>Gather and define clear requirements and business acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality outcomes.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to the Tech team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.</li><li>Build strong relationships with other departments to maximize the value and impact of new product releases.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and qualifications required:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within the Gaming industry is essential.</li><li>Strong understanding of casino operations and related technologies.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of casino products, with a particular focus on enhancing the customer gaming experience.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a positive, proactive mindset.</li><li>Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.</li><li>Team player who can build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Experience with Agile methodology for product development is a highly valuable asset.</li></ul><p><strong>Start date:</strong> As soon as we find a match! </p> •
