<p><strong>The Ideal Candidate</strong><br></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Casino CRM Coordinator </strong>to join our CRM team!<br></p><p><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely together with the Head of CRM to ensure campaign plans are <br>thought through and reviewed before briefing can start.</li><li>Handle content requests via Jira tickets; From campaign plan to Jira board.</li><li>Plan and execute A/B tests to optimise messaging, timing, and other <br>campaign elements.</li><li>Support operational execution as needed, ensuring seamless <br>implementation of CRM strategies and campaigns across various channels.</li><li>Create basic campaign reports and monitor results to actively help optimise <br>and improve campaigns based on findings.</li><li>Ensure timely and flawless quality on all tasks handled.</li><li>Industry Awareness: Stay informed about Sportsbook industry trends, <br>competitor activities, and regulatory changes to keep our CRM strategies <br>competitive and compliant.</li><li>Train and assist new members of the team to ensure they understand our <br>workflows and tasks.</li><li>Being a point of contact and/or support for the team if and when required.<br>Assist with QA processes where needed.</li><li>General upkeep in Atlassian in keeping confluence pages updated with <br>relevant procedures and information.<br><strong></strong></li></ul><ul></ul><ul></ul><p><strong>Skills and Experience Required</strong><br><br></p><ul><li>At least 2 years experience in CRM.</li><li>Strong understanding of CRM tools and features. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging customer experiences.</li><li>Strong knowledge of player segmentation and values.</li><li>Able to work proactively in all areas, also to ensure issues and problems are resolved quickly.</li><li>Fully understanding the aspect of briefing promotions and following up with stakeholders when needed.</li><li>Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in engagement analytics and communication channel optimization.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul></ul><p><strong>Start Date:</strong> As soon as we find a match!</p><p> </p> •
