Simulmedia is looking for an experienced and motivated Digital Marketer focused on leads acquisition, and demand generation to lead the successful execution of integrated marketing campaigns. As a demand generation-focused Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering marketing campaigns that drive high-quality leads and signups to the new CTV platform.
We are looking for a candidate who lives in Ukraine. The core team is located in Lviv and primarily works remotely with occasional team meetings in the office.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and generate high-quality signups for Simulmedia's new CTV platform.
● Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid search, social media advertising, content marketing, etc.
● Design and implement lead acquisition strategies, focusing on high-converting channels and tactics to attract qualified leads.
● Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling messaging, landing pages, and creative assets that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
● Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and overall ROI.
● Conduct A/B tests and experiments to identify the most effective strategies and tactics for demand generation.
● Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated to the most impactful channels and activities.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on demand generation and lead acquisition.
* Experience working in the TV, CTV, or video advertising industry is a plus.
● Proven experience in successfully kicking off and executing new demand generation strategies from scratch, with tangible results in driving significant lead generation and conversions.
● Demonstrate success in delivering earned (SEO, referrals, PR), paid (PPC, event sponsorships, social), and owned channels (website, email, webinar) demand generation programs.
● Strong analytical skills with experience in setting up tracking, measuring, and reporting systems using tools like Google Analytics, Reply, SEMrush, Hubspot, Intercom or similar platforms.
● Exhibit a desire to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, contributing to hands-on projects and campaigns.
● Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, with a keen interest in emerging trends within the connected TV and video advertising sectors.
● Must be able to communicate with U.S based teams
