Requirements
The Amazon PPC Manager at Commercelabs will play a pivotal role in driving strategy and growth for clients through Amazon Advertising. They will be responsible for overseeing 10-12 accounts, with the assistance of a junior team member. In addition to managing the accounts, the PPC Manager will also mentor and guide the junior member to ensure alignment with strategies, goals, and best practices.
Responsibilities:
🚀 Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies for Amazon, focusing on increasing visibility, driving traffic, and optimizing conversion rates.
🔎 Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for product campaigns.
💡 Create and manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns, including ad copy creation, targeting, and bid optimization.
📊 Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as ACoS, CTR, conversion rate, and sales data, and provide regular reports to the management team.
🔬 Identify areas for improvement and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad performance, including testing different ad formats, keywords, bidding strategies, and targeting options.
👥 Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
🔍 Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates related to Amazon PPC advertising.
💰 Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient allocation of resources.

The PPC Manager will report directly to the VP of Delivery and work closely with the content and branding team, client success team, and category management team. They will also have the opportunity to collaborate with one of the founders for strategy development.
Upon joining Commercelabs, the Amazon PPC Manager will undergo a comprehensive New Hire Orientation, which spans five days, with three hours of training per day. This orientation covers company culture, basic tools training, role-specific overview, compensation and benefits, and an introduction to important company policies. Following the orientation, the PPC Manager will be introduced to their team members, stakeholders, and collaborators, and receive in-depth technical training while working on real projects and tasks as part of their 90-day plan.
This is a full-time role and your working hours need to overlap with 5 AM to 9 AM Pacific Standard Time. The remaining four hours of the shift can be flexible, provided that all tasks are completed on time and all required meetings, both pre-scheduled and ad hoc, are attended.
