Responsibility:
1. Early engineering involvement for new project development through NPI to mass production
2. Drive day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives
3. Create and maintain project schedules
4. Possess strong presentation skills
5. Collaborate and facilitate communication across PM, engineering, quality, operations managers, to meet very aggressive cost, schedule, and quality goals.
6. Lead multi-functional communication between project teams and customers
7. Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management
8. Work with PM to establish pricing strategy
9. Present FAI/Cpk data, PPAP report to customers and coordinate new part approval
10. Understand technical issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key partners for decision making
11. Work as a team to handle quality issues, rework from warehouse or assembly line as required
Requirements
Other Requirements:
1. Familiar with Window and CAD software, experience and knowledge in CFD software (thermal and aerodynamics) is a plus
2. Good interpersonal communication skills, self motivated, team player
