Must Haves:
3 or more years working in a manufacturing environment in a controls and automation discipline
Ability to self-direct and show initiative with decision making and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, HMI development (e.g. FactorytalkView Studio,), and PLC
programming (e.g. ControlLogix) is an asset
Familiarity with IT/Networking and database applications
Understanding of instrumentation and measurement systems for Process Control
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with industrial networks and safety standards preferred. Move to OSHA 1910 line.
Experience working with 480/277VAC 3-phase, 208/120VAC 3-phase, also 24VDC, 4-20ma, 0-5V
and 0-10V control circuits.
Must have knowledge of OSHA 1910, NFPA 70, 70E, 79 safety standards and machine design
specifications
Must have knowledge and the ability to perform tasks within industrial control software. Add to
PLC programming line item
Must have knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain networking platforms and
industrial control software: DeviceNet, EthernetIP.
Nice To haves:
Knowledge of Wonderware HMI development
Ability to read electrical schematics
Understanding of industrial environments, engineering and production processes
Knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain: ControlNet and Remote I/O, DH+,
DH485. HTML / XML, Python/Java programming with SQL programming experience would
be a plus
