Description :
Configuration experience in Oracle HCM Benefits modules (Oracle Fusion/Cloud experience strongly preferred)
Ideally, the candidate has helped implement the benefit modules at past clients
Focus will be on RICEW objects, with majority of time focused on Interfaces
Will be responsible for functional and technical deliverables (including business requirements documentation, data conversion documentation, systems integration documentation, documenting report requirements, etc.)
This resource will be a part of the IS team, must have an IS background (not purely functional – need the resource to understand the basics of interfaces)
Immediate responsibility will be to define benefit interfaces (retirement interfaces, medical/vision/dental interfaces)
This resource will play the liaison between the functional HCM team configuring Oracle and the Development team, defining functional requirements for benefit interfaces and aiding in technical design sessions
Must have working knowledge of Fast Formulas, Flex Fields, and
workflows
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in team environment
Must be able to work well with functional and technical team members
Must have an IS background
Need to understand the basics of interfaces
Must have experience working with external benefit vendors (3rd parties integrating with Oracle)
Oracle Fusion/Cloud experience
Experience implementing the benefit modules at past clients
