IT Infrastructure Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the company’s IT infrastructure. This role ensures optimal performance, security, and reliability of network systems, servers, hardware, and software, with a specific focus on SaaS/cloud platforms and services such as Entra ID/Azure AD. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience in designing IT infrastructure, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Requirements

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

·       Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or related roles, with a focus on SaaS and cloud platforms.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

·       Strong knowledge of network and server management, hardware maintenance, IT security, domain configuration and maintenance, and SaaS/cloud platforms such as Entra ID/Azure AD.

·       Proven experience with designing IT infrastructure, VPN systems, virtualization, cloud services, and disaster recovery solutions.

·       Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

·       Strong leadership and team management abilities.

·       Effective communication and project management skills.

·       Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus.
