- Start as Part-Time 30 Hours/Week

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain current systems including Wrike, Masttro, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.
- Support ops team and IT managed service provider with setting appropriate permissions for systems and tools for new team members
- Collaborate with ops team and IT managed service provider on developing an IT systems strategy for enterprise level efficiency
- Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve business challenges.
- Create and manage automation workflows to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and maintain AI systems and automation tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies and apply them to improve existing processes.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on AI and automation tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and experience in implementing AI solutions.
- Proficiency in automation tools and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation technologies.
