Job Description:

Pay Range $35hr - $40hr

The Case Manager will provide a full range of on-site, person-centered, strengths- based services to a caseload of approximately 20-25 families.
The case manager will complete an in- depth assessment to determine the family's needs.
The case manager will assist families with securing financial benefits and other services necessary to support the family in achieving permanent housing.
Case managers must have experience in social work and child welfare since they will be working with families.
Case managers must have knowledge of local and national child welfare laws and regulations.
High communications skills are preferred.
Case managers must have a sense of cultural competency and sensitivity, as they will be working with the homeless population and migrant residents.
Case managers must have strong collaboration skills as they will be working with other professionals to provide comprehensive care to residents.
