We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to manage our supporting team in Taiwan, in which oversee the business markets in the North American region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand presence, and optimize sales performance on leading Chinese-language e-commerce platforms in the United States and Canada. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of e-commerce landscape.

- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans tailored to the market, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition.
- Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal placement, visibility, and performance of our products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences, leveraging insights to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and product development to align business objectives and drive execution of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports to evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting e-commerce operations, proactively adjusting strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to foster a high-performance culture and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and e-commerce policies governing operations in the United States and Canada, liaising with legal and regulatory teams as necessary.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in e-commerce or retail management, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of the North American market, consumer behavior, and e-commerce trends would be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
