Must Haves:

• Project initiation and project planning: to establish alignment on goals and vision, workstreams, key milestones, roles and responsibilities, project communications and general ways of working across all project partners involved
• Experience with agile project management:define project management process and encourage ongoing process improvements to suit team's needs following the best practices of Agile
• Presentation and Communication skills.Oral and written communications to manage diverse business relations, managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
• Identification and problem resolution skills:to assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members
