Skills and experience in I&IT project management.
Skills and experience building and maintaining detailed schedules in MS Project, ensuring activities are tracked to completion.
Skills and experience with meeting facilitation, meeting minute creation, action item tracking & follow-ups.
Skills and experience working independently and with both the business and technology teams.
High level of proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skills and experience creating and maintaining project management artefacts such as risk, issue & action logs, briefing notes, status reports, presentations, project communications, and meeting minutes.
Skills and experience in business process planning and mapping.
Professional interpersonal skills to collaborate with a wide variety of technical and business stakeholders.
Excellent presentation skills such that includes creation of presentation materials andeffective delivery of presentation.
Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and consultative skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Skills and experience gathering data, performing analysis and building reports to support decision-making on project scope, schedule, cost data
Skills and experience reviewing and ensuring submitted documentation is complete and accurate.
A team player with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with competing priorities and strict deadlines.
Project Management experience.
All roles procured are required to be cleared through the Contractor Security Clearance Process of the OPS.
Security Clearance process, levels, roles etc. are subject to change without prior notice.Candidates may be required to undergo revised/new process (or levels) any time prior or during the term of the contract.
