Human Resources Manager

What You'll Be Doing:

Enhance the organization's HR department by creating, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and programs to ensure best practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines.

Coordinates full cycle recruitment process including creating job ads, reviewing resumes, training management on applicant screening, coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation for compliance with HR policies.

Counsel and guide managers on performance management and in writing corrective action plans

Partner with management to plan, analyze and develop staffing plans

Create HR KPIs in a variety in areas such as pay, turnover, employee engagement etc.

Administer various benefits and safety plans for all company personnel.

Your Areas of Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field is highly preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a senior role.

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Knowledge of employment law and experience in writing HR policies

Ability to support all stakeholders, including Executives across the business units.

Experience using HRIS systems.
