Motorclothes Cashier

As a Motorclothes Cashier, you will be at the forefront of our customer's retail experience. Your role will involve handling transactions, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Motorclothes department. A successful candidate in this role will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for motorsports.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card payments
• Assist customers in finding the right apparel and accessories for their needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Motorclothes department, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering product knowledge
• Collaborate with the sales team to exceed customer expectations and increase sales
• Uphold a high level of professionalism and represent the RideNow brand at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of powersports apparel and accessories is a plus
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
