RideNow Powersports, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is looking to add a few entry level techs to our new world-class fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada! If you possess basic mechanical knowledge with regards to powersports, know how to use a set of tools, and are looking to gain more experience wrenching, apply below!
Main Responsibilities:
- Load and Unload inventory
- Provide detailed documentation of any shipping damages, including photos and parts needed for repairs immediately to the Service Advisor or Service Manager
- Assemble Powersports vehicles according to the checklist provided by the manufacturer
- Clean up the shop every morning before starting work and after each individual job/build is complete
- Prepare units for delivery
- Check fluids, tire pressure, and adjustments on all bikes
- Perform basic maintenance and oil changes as requested
- Install/Change tires
- Assist with other duties as requested by management and Senior level technicians
Requirements
- MMI Graduate or hands-on experience handling basic maintenance items on bikes or cars strongly desire
- Capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)
- Clean driving record required
- Team Oriented- Works well with Managers, Technicians, and Customers
- Maintain an organized, tidy, and safe workspace
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced high volume environment
- Ability to be on your feet most of the day
- Hands-on experience in a powersports dealership handling basic maintenance items on bikes and assembling powersports vehicles, desired
- Motorcycle endorsement, desired
- Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including Saturdays, at our Bristol, PA location
