Senior Commercial Manager

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team. As a leading company in the industry, we specialize in delivering commercial solutions for various projects. As a Senior Commercial Manager at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of our projects, including procurement, cost management, contract negotiation, and risk assessment. You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery while maximizing profitability and reducing risks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the commercial aspects of projects, including procurement, budgeting, and contract negotiation
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and manage project risks
• Lead the procurement process, including supplier selection and contract management
• Monitor project costs and budget, and provide regular reports to management
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Handle contract negotiations and resolve any commercial disputes that may arise
• Provide commercial guidance and advice to project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering .
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial management role
• Prior experience in the construction or engineering industry is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of contract law and contract management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
