About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity available for a strategic-minded, analytically driven individual looking to work in a fast-growing company. As a Capital Markets Analyst, this individual will support the company’s existing credit facility, the reporting processes to lenders and investors, and help ensure financial discipline and compliance. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to prioritize, analyze quantitatively, and problem-solve. This role will report to our Capital Markets Manager, and heavily interact with lenders and investors.

Responsibilities

Credit Facility and Liquidity Management – Support financing activities for the business to meet its growth, profitability, and operating objectives
Lender/Investor Relations – Support reporting and communications with lenders and investors
Financial Reporting – Support reporting regarding the company’s performance and investing activities
Financial Systems – Identify opportunities for automation/innovation and assist in solutions implementation

Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or STEM, and 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in the financial services industry, working with asset-backed credit facilities or securitizations is a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical software. Experience with SQL and Looker is a strong plus.
Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team setting and collaborate across cross-functional teams, while also being able to work independently
An attention to detail, a willingness to roll up your sleeves, and deliver results
A strong sense of curiosity and a strong desire to learn
