Job Title: Business System Analyst (Banking & Financial domain)
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description

Work with business users to define and document system requirements for new implementations and enhancements
Facilitate requirement gathering, design sessions, review design documentation with users and developers, prepare process and data models and prioritize system functionality based on requirements, coordinate pilot and test activities, design screens and reports.
Subject matter expertise on applications like MYSS IRD, ESP, RKS, and GTM, MCH, FDR and other Fund Accounting, Fund Admin Applications
Impact analysis when we implement new functionalities to make sure the new changes don't cause issue for existing functionalities. ·
Propose solutions and workarounds for client PROD issues.
Regression testing to make sure the existing functionalities is working correctly.
Ensure the reports are developed per the client requirements
Work on day to day PROD issues from different clients and analyze the Issues to understand the root cause
