- Build and develop relationships with Farmer Suppliers, Producer Groups and Factory Personnel
- Organise weekly cattle processing plan with site management
- Conduct farm visits daily and purchase market ready livestock direct from farm only
- Liaise with our haulage team to ensure the delivery of livestock to our site in line with daily schedule
- Arrange and agree payment to farmers for all livestock on the day of supply
Requirements
- Experience with livestock systems (cattle preferably)
- Familiarity with modern farming practices and regulatory matters
- Must hold full, clean driving license & have willingness to travel
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Strong Work Ethic
- Ability to work on own initiative & meet targets
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and managerial ability
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
