Mail Extractor

• Employees would manually extract and scan mailed-in payments with the assistance of an OPEX Falcon Machine.
• Once the mail is extracted it is placed in a specific sort pattern and scanned into the Falcon for payments to be processed, exceptions and correspondence are batched then forwarded for processing.
• Close attention to detail is required to ensure that the work is properly batched and scanned for processing. ( i.e. staples removed, checks and documents facing the correct way, batches marked correctly, etc).
• Envelope/paper cleanup at the end of the day is required.
• Must be self-motivated and a team player.
• Must be able to produce high-quality work in a minimal amount of time.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Must be available to work extra time if needed.
