Treatment Coordinator - Onsite Dental

At Onsite Dental, our Treatment Coordinators manage patients' journeys from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You'll communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatments, guiding patients from their first appointment to their last.

Role Overview

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be pivotal in leading patients to happy and healthy smiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the patient experience from beginning to end.
• Discuss treatment options, establish treatment schedules, and prepare financial arrangements with patients.
• Enter and track patient treatment plans in the computer system.
• Execute insurance plans and follow up with patients.
• Collect payments at the time of service.
  
• Manage and maintain Doctor and Hygiene schedules.
• Confirm patient appointments.
• Collaborate closely with the Dentist, managing consultation reports and progress.
• Work Accounts Receivable reports as assigned by the Practice Manager.
• Actively participate as a contributing member of the office staff team to achieve patient satisfaction and office production goals.
  

Requirements

• Dental Office Experience Required
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to offering "white glove" service.
• Strong work ethic and enjoyment of working with patients.
• Ability to embrace the culture of both the client we serve and Onsite Dental.
