We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager–Contract Management to join our Procurement team in Mohali/Pune office. Reporting to the Deputy Manager – Contracts, you'll work with the internal departments of the organisation to review and respond to redlines and changes to the multiple kinds of contracts. You will:

  • Draft, review, modify and negotiate commercial vendor contracts including Data Protection Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Software Subscription/Licensing Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Order Forms, NDAs, Lease Agreements, Loan related Agreements, Sponsorship and Event Agreements, drafting of legal notices, counter notices and more, with an ability to grow.
  • Analyse contract requirements, the legal terms and conditions and to ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, and procedures
  • Collaborate with several company partners (Sales, Marketing and Event teams, commercial / finance team and IT Project Team, Privacy Team, Administration & People & Culture Team) to ensure efficient completion of contracts .
  • Ensure the agreements are completed with deliberation with the procurement partners and other required departments and following the approved policies and playbooks.
  • Assist the senior Legal team members in additional/special projects.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Must have 5+ years of relevant legal contracts experience in drafting, vetting and negotiating commercial(IT and Non-IT) contracts with good hold on reporting, research, legal administration.
  • Minimum LL.B/LLM, BA. LL. B (Hons.) degree.
  • Fluency in English language (spoken and written).
  • Legal Administration Skills.

  • Prior experience working with large multinational customers and partners.
  • Process-driven and client-focused team player.
  • Fluency in other European languages.
