Role Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Delivery Manager specializing in Data & Analytics to join our growing team at Blue.cloud.
As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery projects, ensuring the successful implementation and deployment of data solutions for our clients. Your expertise in data management, analytics, and project management will be critical in driving project success and client satisfaction. This role will report to Senior Delivery Leadership.

Responsibilities:
· Working with clients and stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.
· Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to define the data & and analytics solutions roadmap, prioritize the deliverables.
· Build a trusted advisor relationship with customer teams.
· Responsible for working closely with customers to understand the requirements, discuss and define various use cases.
· Developing and implementing delivery plans, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines
· Managing the budget and resources, including allocating tasks to team members and ensuring proper completion
· Monitor, Track, and review the progress and status of the project to ensure that the deliverables are on track with respect to scope, budget, and time.
· Identifying and managing risks/issues related to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
· Communicating with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery.
· Providing guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks.
· Leading requirements gathering workshops, estimation discussions, design meetings, and status review meetings.
· Actively tracking, identifying, and managing operational risk through proactive actions and insights
· Ensuring the team is creating and maintaining the knowledge artifacts with reference to the project deliverables.
· Seeking proactive feedback continuously to identify areas of improvement.
· Improving customer experience by identifying and driving cross-functional process improvements
Skills & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems) with 10+ years of experience in Data and analytics
· 4+ Years of proven experience as a Delivery Manager in leading and delivering data projects using technologies such as Snowflake, DBT, Talend, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, ETL tools, data visualization tools, and cloud platforms
· Demonstrated end-to-end ownership and project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering data and analytics projects
· Strong knowledge of ETL, ELT, data engineering, data management concepts, data integration, data warehousing, and reporting/analytics tools
· Organized & and process-driven, thorough, and structured approach to working
· Proficient with various development methodologies like agile/scrum and iterative
· Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
· Excellent presentation skills with senior-level leadership stakeholders
· Excellent understanding of the Agile method of project implementation
· Data-related certifications (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional, Certified Analytics Professional) are a plus
