Job Description:
 
General Accountabilities:
 
The Content Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Integration- Engineering and interacts with group Vice Presidents, General Managers, and Business Development Managers in each business unit of the Engineering Division to ensure our content strategy rolls up to overall marketing and business goals and supports cross-functional initiatives.  We are looking for an entrepreneurial and energetic Content Marketing Manager to lead all things content as part of our growing business.  In this position, you will be responsible for developing our full-funnel content strategy and delivering results.  The ideal candidate is an impeccable communicator who possesses the ability to think both creatively and analytically.  You must be comfortable operating with little direction and be ambitious enough to elevate standards. 
 
 
The specific position requirements will include, but is not limited to:
 
Content Generation
  • Drive effective communication of our value proposition through meaningful and engaging content across our various platforms
  • Own the creation, promotion and tracking of digital content that is engaging to a wide range of audiences across RCM  Engineering including managing external partners; content includes but not limited to blogs, articles, case studies, ad copy, video / webinars, and web copy
  • Deeply engaged in analytics to formulate content marketing strategy and improve results, including tracking web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels
  • Regularly review existing content and update with latest information and SEO best practices
  • Produce reports on content performance
  • Stay current with rapidly changing technology and propose solutions as necessary to ensure our content offerings continue to evolve
  • Drive engagement and traffic to RCM Engineering’s website with engaging content, optimize web copy across each business unit, and act as the overall website quality custodian
 
Marketing Campaign Lead Coordinator
  • Trade Shows: In order to maximize impact and visibility for trade shows, Content Marketing Manager will work with Engineering Division leadership teams to ensure brand strength and consistency, develop social media posts, email signatures, and targeted email communications related to RCM’s presence at trade show and track follow up from shows.  (e.g. email contact list and follow ups)
  • Targeted product / service campaigns:  lead marketing campaigns for key RCM milestones, develop social media posts, email communications, videos for website, client emails to advertise new products and services
  • Research advertising trends for Engineering markets
  • Recommend campaigns based on Google analytics to have targeted client engagement
 
Brand Ambassador
  • Develop and support implementation of all branded items including templates, business cards, email signatures, promotional branded items, and all digital content
  • Drive internal initiatives to support the strength of RCM Engineering brand and culture
 
 
 
 
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
 
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role preferably in the Energy, Aerospace, and/or Industrial Process markets
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and methodologies
  • Ability to lead projects and communicate at multiple levels of the organization
  • Ability to develop content that provokes engagement
  • Proficiency with popular content management systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google
  • Solid understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Great leadership skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Minimal travel
