Position Title: Planning Analyst Senior (Hot orders)

Eligibility Criteria:

Years of Experience: Minimum 6 - 8 years
Job Experience: Minimum 6 years of relative experience in multinational high technology corporation in the areas related to Operations, Spares Order Management, Planning, Forecasting, inventory Management & Customer Escalations handling in Service Operations preferred
Educational: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA (with Supply Chain experience)

Primary Responsibilities:

Central Point of Contact for Customer, Global Planning expedite requests and establishes confirmed delivery commitment within the agreed timeline
Coordinate with regional customer representatives to get the requirements on time
Coordinate / follow-up / escalate with regional warehouse's for on time shipment to meet the fulfillment cycle time performance
Coordinate / follow-up / escalate with the purchase/production team to meet the commit response time target
Schedule STO's, monitors Production/supplier purchase orders until delivery to Spares warehouse
Coordinate with purchase / production planner on material shortages, overdue deliveries and other potential schedule interruptions on daily basis
Maintain QuickBase expedite database with accurate information. Reschedules Stock transfer purchase Orders (STPO's) and Re-ATP Sales Orders based on material availability and/or supplier delivery commits in SAP
Escalate on time to meet the target commit date
Investigate spares part supply risk due to obsolescence, Spec issues, Part build issues and coordinate with Engineering to resolve the supply risk
Adhere to the timelines defined in KPI's and drive RCCA for failures
Proactively work with cross functional team's to prevent expedite events

Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:

Experience in order fulfillment process and sound knowledge in Planning, inventory management, procurement, Production control, product life cycle management and customer order management processes
End user experience in SAP MM
Strong interpersonal, written communication skills and able to communicate cross functionally

Flexibility working at different time zones as the job roles would have multiple meetings at US & Asian time zones

Desirable Skill:

Prefer experience in aftermarket Spares Operations or Automotive or e-commerce or Consulting practice
Exposure to Power-Bi, Qlik sense, MS-dynamics, Alteryx, PowerApps's, QuickBase will be preferred
Exposure to new tools & technology in customer service/order management domain will be added advantage.

Note: Candidates should be comfortable working in shift, weekend and holidays based on business needs. Proposed shift timings are 6:00am to 3:00pm [S1], 9:00am to 6:00pm [G] & 1:30pm to 10:30pm [S2]
