Inviting applications for the role of a QA Manager.
Responsibilities:
Attending Project meetings.
Quality & Test advocacy.
Risk & Mitigation Planning and implementation.
Resource allocation and planning for upsize and downsize.
Preparing Test Schedules.
Understanding Application, Database dependencies.
Devising Test Strategies.
Planning region Setup & Migrations.
Creating backup plans & risk based approach.
Reviewing Test Plans, Test Summaries and Release ready documents.
Presenting Metrics and reports.
Managing God relationship with customer.
Foreseeing new business opportunities.
Planning & implementing Test Cycles.
Supporting Release management.
Assigning work to the team members and making sure of deliverables.
The candidate should be flexible with work hours and work in an agile environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications -
Bachelor of Engineering or Higher Degree
Working experience with clients and Business stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent Decision making capability.
Expertise in Presentations and reporting.
Prolific experience in customer interaction.
Preferred qualifications -
Hands on expertise with Test strategy and Test scheduling.
Strong management skills
Excellent Reporting and Presentations skills.
Experience in Resource planning and allocation.
